均匀化退火对过共晶Al-17Si合金组织和性能的影响

摘    要:观察与分析了均匀化退火态的过共晶Al-17Si合金坯料,研究均匀化退火温度、保温时间及冷却方式对合金组织和性能的影响规律.结果表明,经过480 ℃×4 h、随炉冷却均匀化退火热处理后,过共晶Al-17Si合金显微组织中共晶硅由粗针状转变为短棒状或近球状且分布均匀,合金的硬度明显降低,塑性提高.

Abstract:The microstructure of hypereutectic Al-17Si alloy with homogenizing annealing were observed,and effects of homogenizing annealing temperature,holding time and cooling method on microstructure and properties of the alloy were investigated.The results show that the coarse needle-like eutectic silicon in the original hypereutectic Al-17Si alloy billet is modified to the fine rod-like or spherical ones and distributes homogeneously after homogenizing annealing at 480 ℃ for 4 h and cooling in furnace,meanwhile the hardness of the alloy decreases apparently and plasticity increases.
