| 摘 要： | 在GCr15钢坯退火前 ,表面均匀涂一层保护涂料 ,退火后取样 ,在高倍显微镜下观察脱碳层。结果表明 ,保护涂层对减少GCr15钢表面脱碳层有明显效果。

| Abstract: | Taking GCr15 steel billets for test material,a uniform protective coating was covered on the billets before loading into the blast furnace.After annealing,decarbonization layer was examined with microscope,and the results show that the protective coating can reduce the depth of decarburization layer effectively. |
