摘    要:激光对含Ai、Ti、TiO2等涂热障涂层进行了重熔处理。与不含Al、Ti、TiO2激光重熔Zr2涂层相比,一广大晶粒得到 ,另一方面由原来的柱状结构变为胞状结构。能谱分析表明,Al、Ti在胞晶之间发生了偏析。讨论了添加剂成分的作用机理。

Abstract:Plasma sprayed TBCs with Al,Ti and TiO 2 was remelted by laser.Much finer grain of ZrO 2 was obtained and cellular microstructure but not columnar microstructure which is the characteristic of laser remelting ZrO 2 without additive was also obtained.EDAX results showed that Al,Ti were segregated in the grain boundary.The effect of the additive on the microstructure was evaluated.
