摘    要:一台渣浆泵45钢主轴安装运行不足24h即发生断裂。本语文分析了主轴断裂的过程和原因。结果表明,轴的断理解为多源旋转变曲疲劳断裂,疲劳裂人轴表面加工形成的类裂纹处扩展,而热处理组织粗大和存在魏氏组织加速了开裂。

Abstract:The major axle made of 45 steel fractured after running fewer than 24h.The process and reason of fracture were analysis in the paper.The results show that the fracture of axle results from the rotary bend fatigue fracture.The fatigue cracks extended from the microfractures formed in working process on the surface of axle.Therefore,the coarse pearlite and Wit.microsructure speed up the extension of cracks.
