摘    要:分别使用金相显微镜法和钻孔破坏式显微镜法进行涂层厚度的测量,比对两种方法的测量结果,对两种方法开展涂层厚度测量的适用性进行试验分析。结果表明,金相显微镜法对人员、设备、投入等方面都有较高的要求,具有较大的局限性,更适用于特定条件下的科研检验;钻孔破坏式显微镜法的要求较低,操作便捷更易上手,更适用于一定范围内的涂层厚度的生产或科研检验。

Abstract:The metallographic microscope method and drilling damage microscope method were used to measure the coating thickness, and the results of two methods were compared. The applicability of two methods for coating thickness measurement was analyzed. The results showed that the metallographic microscope method had higher requirements on personnel, equipment, investment and other aspects, which had greater limitations. It was more suitable for the scientific research and inspection under specific conditions. The requirements of drilling destructive microscope method were lower. The operation was more convenient, so it was more suitable for the production or scientific research inspection of coating thickness within a certain range.
