摘    要: 通过对不同厚度、不同抗拉强度的奥氏体不锈钢304箔材进行多种标距的拉伸试验,利用伸长率与比例系数进行回归拟合的方式,分析了影响304箔材n]值的主要因素,总结了Olive公式在固溶态和冷变形304箔材中的应用规律,拓宽了Olive伸长率换算公式的应用范围。结果表明:试样适宜的L0]取值范围为20~90 mm,试样厚度(宽厚比)与n] 值间无明显的相关性。另外对于Rm]≥750 MPa的冷变形304箔材,n]值与抗拉强度间呈正相关。同时分3个抗拉强度范围给出了n]值的预测值,当Rm]≤750 MPa时,n]=0.130,与标准规定值完全吻合;760 MPa≤Rm]≤960 MPa时,n]=0.160;1 050 MPa≤Rm]≤1 270 MPa时,n]=0.378。

Abstract:Tensile tests were performed on austenitic stainless steel 304 foil samples with different thickness and multiple gauge length. Testing sheets were taken at solution and cold-forming states and with variant tensile strength. Using regression analysis on percentage elongation and ratio coefficient, the main influential factors on n] value of 304 foil were investigated and the application rule of Olive formula was summarized and its application range was developed. The results show the proper range of L0] is from 20 mm to 90 mm and the specimen thickness (flakiness ratio) has no clear correlation with n] value. In addition as the tensile strength of 304 cold-forming foil is greater than or equal to 750 MPa, the n] value has positive correlation with it. Meanwhile the predicted values of n] are presented according to the strength extent, i.e. When the tensile strength Rm] is less than or equal to 750 MPa, the n] value is 0.130 and completely consistent with specified value in the standard; As Rm] changes between 760 MPa and 960 MPa, the n] value is 0.160; While Rm] is within the range of 1 050-1 270 MPa, the n] value is 0.378.
