摘    要: 借助低倍、金相、扫描电镜及能谱等分析手段对Q235B热轧H型钢翼缘边部裂纹缺陷进行了研究,得出并验证了连铸坯皮下气泡、角部裂纹是造成H型钢翼缘开裂的主要原因,而浅表层夹杂则促进了裂纹在轧制过程中的进一步扩张。钢坯温度过高、加热时间过长,也会导致因钢坯过热、过烧引起的型钢翼缘轧制开裂,鉴于此,优化了温度控制工艺,工业实践效果显著。

Abstract:By using of optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and spectroscopy,flange crack of hot-rolled H beam of carbon structure steel was analyzed.The results indicated that subcutaneous bubbles of continuous casting and edge crack are the main reasons for cracking of H beam flange.Inclusions in shallow surface crack promote the further expansion of fracture in the rolling process.Furthermore,overheating and burnt structure caused by unreasonable heating temperature and time will also induce the flange c...
