摘    要: 利用Gleeble3500热力模拟试验机对中碳钢M和P+F组织的温加工流变应力在不同的变形参数条件下进行了对比研究。结果表明:存在临界温度和临界应变量,使M组织的流变应力等于和低于F+P组织;应变速率()为0.01 s-1时,650~700 ℃压缩,M和F+P的流变行为近于一致,M组织的加工软化作用都大于F+P组织,二者的σ - ε曲线存在交点,交点所对应的ε值为临界应变量。

Abstract:Comparison of the warm deformation stress changing quenching and annealing in medium carbon steel was studied using a Gleeble3500 simulation machine.The results show that critical temperature and critical strain make the flow stress of M equal to or lower than that of F+P structure.When strain rate(ε·) is 0.01 s-1 and the compression temperature is between 650 ℃ and 700 ℃,the flow behavior of M and F+P structure is similar,and the working softening of M structure is always larger than that of F+P structure.Their σ-ε curves have point of intersection and the ε corresponding to the point is critical strain.
