摘    要:港口起重机械结构的焊接接头数量多,对于检测质量要求较高,提升检测质量的有效手段是采用衍射时差法超声检测(TOFD)和工艺。实验介绍了依照NB/T 47013.10标准,利用衍射时差法超声检测(TOFD)方法检测港口起重机械对接焊缝的主要技术步骤和工艺方法。它同时可为其他类型产品或设备的衍射时差法超声检测(TOFD)检测提供借鉴。

Abstract:There are a large number of welded joints in port hoisting machinery structure,and the inspection requirements are high. The diffraction time difference ultrasonic inspection (TOFD) is an effective means to improve the inspection quality. According to NB/T 47013.10 standard,the paper introduces the main technical steps and process methods of testing butt welds of port crane by TOFD method. At the same time, it can provide reference for TOFD testing of other types of products or equipment.
