摘    要: 用光学金相显微镜、扫描电镜等对Q345B钢板通过火焰切割、剪板机切割和空气等离子切割三种不同切割方法的切割面进行了相关观察和分析。结果表明:Q345B钢板经剪板机切割和空气等离子切割的切割面上容易产生微裂纹缺陷,而钢板厚度方向存在的中心偏析与切割面上的微裂纹没有直接联系,但中心偏析会加剧裂纹的进一步扩展。

Abstract:SEM and metallographic microscope were used to observe and analyze three kinds of cutting surface of Q345 steel plate.These cutting methods are via flame cutting,plate shearing machine cutting and air plasma cutting respectively.The result shows that cracks appear more easily on cutting surface of Q345B steel plate via plate shea-ring cutting and air plasma cutting.Cracks have no direct connection with centerline segregation on Q345 steel plate,but centerline segregation can intensify cracks
