化学镀Ni—W—P非晶态合金的晶化及其影响

摘    要:通过DSC、XRD分析和镀层性能测试,研究了化学沉积Ni-W-P非晶态合金的晶化过程。结果表明,钨的共沉积提高了化学镀镍层的热稳定性。晶化过程激活能为133.576kJ/mol,晶化过程合金结构按非晶态-混晶态-结晶态的顺序演变。随着结构的变化,镀层的硬度的耐蚀性了也发生的相应的变化。

Abstract:The crystallization of electroless Ni-W-P amorphous alloy was studied by differential scanning calorimetry,X-ray diffraction analysis and detection of properties. The results show that tungsten codeposi-tion increases the thermal stability of electroless Ni-W-P alloy deposit. The activation energy of crystallization determined was 133. 576 kJ/mol. In the process of crystallization the structure of the alloy changes from amorphous structure to mixed crystalline structure and then to crystalline structure, followed by the changes in its hardness and corrosion resistance.
