| 摘 要： | 文章采用三聚氰胺和硼酸为原料在氮气保护下，制备得到了乱层石墨结构的B-C-N化合物。用X射线衍射、红外光谱和X射线电子谱等手段分析，研究了产物的结构及特性，表明了产物是乱层石墨结构的B0．54C0．28N0．18。

| Abstract: | Turbostratic B-C-N compound was prepared by melamine and boric acid under N_2 atmosphere.The structural analysis of samples were perfomed by x-ray diffration(XRD),x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and infrared spectrum(IR).The results indicates the turbostratic B-C-N compoud has the composition of B_(0.54)C_(0.28)N_(0.18). |
