乱层石墨结构B-C-N化合物的制备

摘    要:文章采用三聚氰胺和硼酸为原料在氮气保护下,制备得到了乱层石墨结构的B-C-N化合物。用X射线衍射、红外光谱和X射线电子谱等手段分析,研究了产物的结构及特性,表明了产物是乱层石墨结构的B0.54C0.28N0.18。

Abstract:Turbostratic B-C-N compound was prepared by melamine and boric acid under N_2 atmosphere.The structural analysis of samples were perfomed by x-ray diffration(XRD),x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and infrared spectrum(IR).The results indicates the turbostratic B-C-N compoud has the composition of B_(0.54)C_(0.28)N_(0.18).
