摘    要:转炉挡渣是普遍采用的一项技术,这项技术可以减少转炉出钢时高氧化性终渣流入钢包,减少转炉下渣回磷,减少钢水中夹杂物含量,提高合金收得率,提高钢包寿命,改善精炼造渣工艺。安钢通过对悬挂式挡渣机构的工艺研究,对挡渣棒的工艺参数进行优化,并作好挡渣机构的维护和保养,以及提高职工的操作水平。使挡渣机构的使用率达到995%,挡成率达到95%以上。能满足转炉出钢后挡渣的要求,并带来良好的工艺效果。

Optimization of Hanging Skimmer Bar in 150 t Coverter of Angang

Abstract:Slag blocking of coverter is widely adopted technology. This technology reduces slag blocking of tapping to ladles, reduce rephosphorization of coverter and impurity of ladles, and the yield of alloy is increased, the life of ladles is improved, the process of refining slag gets good effect. Based on research of 150 t coverter of Angang, the process parameters of hanging skimmer bar is optimized, maintenance and service is carried out rightly, techniques of workers is improved, so that hanging skimmer bar be used by 99.5%, slag stopping success more than 95%. Process were improved and the expected effect was reached.
