Fe-RE电刷镀镀层的耐磨性能

摘    要:在研究刷镀铁镀层组织及其力学性能的基础上,用在快速铁镀液中添加稀土粉末的方法来提高镀层的结合强度,以使镀层得到强韧化处理,并对润滑条件下铁镀层和稀土铁镀层的摩擦磨损特性进行了比较,结果表明:稀土粉末可提高镀层的结合强度,并具有强韧化铁镀层的可行性。

Abstract:Based on the research of microstructure and mechanical property for the brush plating iron layer, The rare-earth powder was added into the electroplating solution to increase the combinative strength of plating. The comparison of the abradability between the iron plating and Fe-RE plating was done. The research results shown that the adding rare-earth powder is useful for increasing the combinative strength of plating.
