磨蚀试验装置研制及疏浚管用钢耐磨蚀评价

摘    要:设计了一种旋转型腐蚀磨损试验装置,并采用锌棒抑制磨蚀过程中腐蚀的发生,可以测量磨蚀过程中纯磨损和纯腐蚀失重。试验结果显示,该装置运行稳定,试验数据可靠。利用此装置对比评价了不同材料在模拟海水疏浚工况条件下的耐磨蚀性能,结果与疏浚现场磨蚀对比数据一致,表明该试验装置能够准确评价材料在疏浚过程中的耐磨蚀性能,为疏浚作业中耐磨蚀材料的选择提供了依据。

Abstract:A rotational erosion-corrosion testing device was designed, and the zinc bar was applied to suppress the occurrence of corrosion during erosion-corrosion testing. The weight loss due to pure erosion and pure corrosion can be measured. The test results showed that the device ran stably and the test data was reliable. The erosion-corrosion resistance of several test steels was evaluated in simulated seawater dredging conditions by the device. And the experimental results were consistent well with the experience from practical applications resistance, indicating that the testing device can accurately evaluate the erosion-corrosion resistance of steel during dredging. It can provide a basis for the selection of erosion-corrosion resistant materials in dredging operation.
