摘    要:通过对电器底壳塑件结构的分析,介绍了注塑模的成型工艺过程,提出了模具采用小型侧抽芯滑块组件和斜顶杆顶出结构的脱模方式,解决了注塑成型后产品脱模的问题。经产品大批量的生产检验,该模具结构既有效地保证了成型工艺的顺利进行,又使模具的整体结构紧凑实用,产品质量好。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the structure of electrical appliances' bottom case plastic parts, the molding process of the injection mould was introduced. The problem of product release after injection has been solved by injection mould using small side core-pulling slider components and ejector mechanism with lifter rods to demould. After mass-production, it is proved that the mould structure can not only ensure molding process smoothly and effectively, but also make the integral structure compact and practical, resulting in high quality products.
