精锻成形技术的现状及其发展

本文首先介绍了我国的精锻成形技术,该技术在国际上并不十分落后,特别详细介绍了与我国台湾地区的情况对比。然后介绍了用传统的锻压设备及新型局部连续成形锻压设备进行精密成形的国内外情况,例如冷摆辗、辗环、楔横轧、螺旋轧制、辊锻、径向锻造……等。最后介绍了发展精锻技术必须注意的几个问题。

The Development and the Present Situation of the Near Shape Forging Technology

This paper first describes that the near shape forging technology in Chi- na is not less advanced than many other countries or regions specially compared with Taiwan's.Then,the near shape forge with the traditional forging equipment and the new partly continuous forming equipment,for example,the cold orbital forming,the roll ring,the cross wedge rolling,the spiral roll,the roll forging,and the radial forging,is introduced in world wide.Finally,some problems about the de- velopment of near shape forging technology are discussed.
