U形提手气辅注射成型分析与优化

摘    要:利用Moldflow软件采用正交实验法对提手气辅成型(gas-assisted injection molding,GAIM)的主要工艺参数:熔体温度、注射时间、熔体体积、气体延迟时间、气体注射时间及压力进行模拟分析,在对每次试验结果进行分析基础上,对成型参数进行进一步优化。采用优化工艺,气体贯通整个提手,产品质量减轻35%,塑件体积收缩率下降为原来的1/2,充填更加均匀,避免了U形提手GAIM中出现的各种成型缺陷。

Abstract:Moldflow software was used and orthogonal expe riments were adopted to analyze the main process parameters of gas-assisted injection moulding(GAIM)for a handle such as melt temperature,injection time,melt volume,gas delay time,gas injection time and pressure.The moulding parameters were further opt imized based on the simulation results.Adopting the optimal process,the gas runs through the w hole handle,the weight of the handle is reduced by 35%,the volume shrin kage rate of the plastic part is reduced to 50%,and the filling is more uniform,which avoids the common defects of GAIM for U-shaped handle.
