摘    要:为了解决大型锻件接触换热边界条件难以确定等问题,利用Tikhonov正则化方法进行反问题求解。设计了接触传热试验和热变形试验,结合有限元软件MSC.MARC模拟仿真,运用正则化方法对接触换热系数进行了反求辨识。试验及模拟结果表明:Tikhonov正则化方法能得到较精确的接触换热系数,辨识结果具有一定的精确性。

Abstract:In order to determine the contact heat transfer coefficient between the forging and die,Tikhonov regularization method is applied to solve inverse problem.The experiment of contact heat transfer and hot forming is implemented,and the regularization method is applied by using the MSC.MARC simulation software.The results show that the contact heat transfer coefficient can be determined by regularization method with good accuracy.
