基于CAE技术的注塑制品冷却系统的优化

摘    要:针对冷却系统在塑料制品注塑成型中的重要地位,采用Moldflow软件对汽车塑件冷却回路的优化进行研究,通过MPI/3DCool模块进行CAE冷却分析,指出优化设置模具冷却回路的基本步骤:先选择"用户定义IPC时间"模拟分析,后选择"自动计算IPC时间"模拟分析,并根据冷却分析的结果,从2种拟定冷却方案中选择较为合理的方案,从而达到缩短成型周期、提高生产率等目的。
