| 摘 要： | 介绍了巴拉斯效应现象和特征，产生其原因及巴拉斯效应可能带来的影响。考虑到巴拉斯效应的存在，在设计挤出成型模时，对口模的尺寸和工艺加以改进，减少制品成型时受巴拉斯效应的影响。在实际生产中具有一定的参考价值。
