SiCp/ZA27复合材料的界面结构及耐磨性研究

摘    要:通过扫描电镜和高分辩透射电镜观察,经选区电子衍射和微区化学成分分析,研究了SiCp/ZA27复合材料的界面结构及耐磨性。结果表明,SiC颗粒均匀地分布于ZA27合金中,界面结合良好,SiCp颗粒周边存在着大量的CuZn4化合物。CuZn4依附于SiC颗粒形核,沿SiC晶面长大速率大于垂直于SiC晶面的长大速率。SiC颗粒显著地提高了ZA27合金的耐磨性。当SiC颗粒含量达30%时,耐磨性提高了126.5倍。

Abstract:Microstructure characteristics of interface and wear resistance of SiCp/ZA27 composites have been investigated through selected area electron diffraction and EDS analysis by means of SEM and HREM.It is revealed that SiC particle uniformly distributes into ZA27 alloy with excellent interface bonding,and amounts of CuZn_4 compound exist around SiC particle.CuZn_4 can nucleate on SiC particle and grow up at a higher speed along SiC particle than in vertical direction.The wear resistance of ZA27 alloy can be increased remarkably due to the addition of SiC particles,and the wear resistance was raised by 126.5 times with the addition of 30% SiC particle volume fraction.
