锂对ZA27合金高温力学性能的影响

摘    要:研究了锂对ZA27合金高温拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,添加适量的锂后,合金的组织明显细化,晶界相变为细碎且分布不连续,从而显著提高了合金的高温强度。用锂强化的合金150℃和180℃时的抗拉强度分别为230MPa和185MPa,分别比ZA27合金提高41.1%和42.3%。

Abstract:The influence of Li on the tensile properties of ZA27 alloy at high temperature has been investigated. The results show that the microstructure of the alloy is significantly refined and crystals at grain boundaries are broken and distributed discontinuously after an appropriate Li addition. As a result, the tensile strength at high temperature significantly increases. The tensile strength of the Li strengthened alloy reaches 230 MPa and 185 MPa and increases by 41.1% and 42.3% more than that of conventional ZA27 alloy respectively.
