基于Pro/E软件对壳体类零件的设计

摘    要:以某型号连接盘为例,研究了使用Pro/E软件进行从零件、铸件到铸造模具的设计过程。阐述了产品开发中零件的建模应兼顾制造时的各种工艺建模,其中详述了为使铸件及铸造模具的设计顺利进行,零件和铸件三维建模过程应遵循的一定顺序及一些技巧。铸造模具建模前先建工艺模型,对型芯头、起模斜度等工艺措施在工艺模型中给予建立,然后用工艺模型将型芯和外模分拆出来,可减少分别建模时可能出现的失误,提高模具的精度,缩短产品的市场化周期。
