半固态准共晶铝硅合金的设计与坯料制备

摘    要:根据汽车空调配件使用性能的要求和半固态加工的特点,设计了适于半固态加工的汽车空调配件用高强耐热Al-10.5Si-2.5Cu-1.0Mg-Mn合金。利用低过热度浇注技术制备出组织为非枝晶状的Al-10.5Si-2.5Cu-1.0Mg-Mn合金半固态坯料,其最佳浇注温度为583℃;在接近液相线的低温保持一定时间,熔体中形成大量的细小自由(游离)晶体,并保持高的存活率,是Al-10.5Si-2.5Cu-1.0Mg-Mn合金半固态非枝晶组织形成的主要原因。

Abstract:Based on performance requirements of automobile air condition accessories and characteristics of semi-solid process, quasi-eutectic Al-Si alloy Al-10.5Si-2.5Cu-l.0Mg-Mn was developed. The semi-solid billets with non-dendrite structure was prepared at 583℃ by low-super-heating pouring technology. A-mounts of free fine nuclei with high survival rate are created in the melt with holding for some time at low temperature nearby liquidus, which is responsible for the formation of non-dendrite on the aluminum alloy semi-solid billets.
