摘    要:就半固态加工技术的制坯机制、半固态充填流变学、高压下结晶凝固和力学成形理论进行了讨论,在此基础上, 就目前流变成形和触变成形的工艺过程、特点以及应用前景作了分析,指出由于半固态加工与其他成形工艺相比具有许多 优势,是一种潜在的、正逐步为世人认识的最具发展前景的近净成形技术之一。

Abstract:Semi-solid processing which is due to the lower of working temperature and deformation resistance, the higher of mechanical properties and parts accuracy and realization of little cutting is belong to near-net forming technology. The technology is discussed from mechanism of billet making, rheology of semi-solid metal and solidification and forming under high pressure. Based on the above, processing of rheoforming and thixoforming, characteristics and trend of application at present are analyzed. It is pointed out that the technology is one of potential, slowly accepted and the most promising near-net forming due to its advantages.
