摘    要:随着汽车和电子工业向轻量化方向的发展,压铸镁合金结构件正以超过每年20%的速度递增,对该领域的 研究也因此成为了焦点。本文综述了国内外在镁合金半固态成形理论及应用方面的进展,提出寻求更为 简单、实用的成形工艺以及加大对该领域基础理论的研究应是未来发展的方向。

Abstract:With the lightening tendency in the automobile and electric industry, the magnesium die-casting parts market obtains a increase speed of over 20% annually. So, the study on this field has already become a focus. The summary of the theoretical study and application on semi-solid magnesium forming, which is carried on or being carried on all over the world, is shown in this paper. It is presented that taking more efforts on more simple and practical semi-solid forming process and furthering the theoretical study should be the future development direction.
