缸体消失模铸造数值模拟与工艺优化

摘    要:通过ProCAST软件对12缸铸铁缸体的消失模铸造工艺进行模拟,对可能产生的缩孔、缩松缺陷进行预测分析,并对铸造工艺进行了工艺优化。结果表明,采用中间浇注方式,缸体"V"型倒置,铸件充型平稳,不需设置冒口就可以实现无缩孔、缩松缺陷。通过X射线检测和剖面观察,实际生产铸件内部无缩松、缩孔缺陷,力学性能达到要求,大大提高了铸件的合格率。

Abstract:The expendable casting process of 12-cylinder cast iron bodies was simulated by the ProCAST software.The possible shrinkage porosities(holes),and porosity were predicted and analyzed,and then the processing parameters were optimized.The optimized results show that middle pouring way with cylinder body"V"type inverted is satisfied.The simulated results show that the filling process is stable and absence of shrinkage porosities(holes)without adding riser can be observed.There are absence of shrinkage porosities(holes)in the casting by using X-ray,and mechanical properties of the castings meet the requirement,greatly improving the production yield.
