粉末冶金法制造铝合金汽车转向节的工艺研究

摘    要:介绍了铝合金在汽车零部件中的应用,同时介绍了粉末冶金制造零部件的优点及不足。提出了一种低成本制备高性能铝合金转向节的工艺技术。该工艺的特点是直接采用纯铝粉为主要原料,添加其他元素,克服了传统铝合金粉末原料价格昂贵的缺点;同时改良了脱脂-烧结-热处理工艺。最后,通过力学性能对比试验发现该工艺制造的铝合金转向节力学性能优良。

Abstract:It was presented briefly the application of aluminum alloy in automobile parts and advantages as well as disadvantages by powder metallurgy process.A low cost technology for preparing high performance aluminum alloy steering knuckle was put forward.The characteristics of this process is the direct use of pure aluminum powder as the main raw material and adding other elements to overcome the shortcoming of expensive raw material of traditional aluminum alloy powder.Meanwhile,degreasing-sintering-heat treatment process is improved also.At last,it is verified that the aluminum alloy steering knuckle manufactured by the powder metallurgy has the satisifed mechanical properties.
