二氧化锆含量对钛铸件气孔率的影响

摘    要:分别用ZrO2含量为20%、30%、40%的磷酸盐高温包埋材包埋铸造纯钛试样,对照组用MT-3专用铸钛包埋材;铸造后进行X线探伤,扫描电镜和EDS能谱分析.通过X射线探伤技术与扫描电镜对钛铸件性能检测,确定ZrO2与磷酸盐包埋材料的最佳配比.结果发现,ZrO2含量为20%的磷酸盐高温包埋材试样孔隙较多,孔隙含量与对照组有显著性差异,ZrO2含量为30%和40%组试样孔隙含量与对照组无显著性差异.扫描电镜和能谱分析结果显示,ZrO2含量为20%的试样反应层最厚,ZrO2含量为30%和40%的试样反应层较薄,对照组试件反应层最薄.含30%的ZrO2的磷酸盐包埋材料具有较好的性能.

Abstract:The pure Ti castings were produced with high temperature phosphate investment materials containing 20%,30% and 40% ZrO2,respectively,by investment casting,and compared pure Ti castings was produced with special MT-3 investment materials.
