耐热镁合金的研究现状及发展趋势

摘    要:论述了耐热镁合金的研究现状。介绍了RE,Sn,Si,Ca,Sr,Ag等主要元素对镁合金性能尤其是耐热性的作用及影响,总结了提高镁合金高温性能的途径,分析了多种型号的耐热镁合金的性能。认为弥散析出高熔点镁的稀土化合物是耐热镁合金的主要发展趋势。

Abstract:The present research status of heat resistance Mg alloy was expounded. Influence of alloying elements, including RE,Sn,Si, Ca, Sr, Ag, on the properties of Mg alloy, especially on its heat resistance, was introduced. Some approaches to improving properties of Mg alloy at elevated temperature were surveyed. And properties of various types of heat resistance Mg alloy were analyzed. It was concluded that the main developing tendency for heat resistance of Mg alloy was involved in disperse precipitation of Mg Re compound with high melting point.
