摘    要:利用液-液原位反应法地制备了TiB2/CuCrZr复合材料,并且研究了TiB2含量对复合材料硬度和电导率的影响。结果表明,TiB2颗粒分布不均匀,呈现团粒状和细长棒状两种形态,在铸态下,复合材料的硬度比常规的铸态CuCrZr合金有较大的提高,复合材料的硬度随着TiB2含量的增加呈先增后减的趋势,TiB2含量为3%时的硬度最佳(HV为206);电导率随TiB2含量的增加有所下降。

Abstract:TiB2/CuCrZr composites have been successfully prepared by liquid-liquid in-situ synthesis , and the effects of TiB2 content on hardness and electric conductivity of the composites have been examined. The results reveal that the hardness of composites exhibits the trend of initial increase and then decrease with the increase of TiB2 content, observing the maximum hardness ,HV 206, with 3% TiB2 content. Electric conductivity of the composites is slightly dropped with the increase of TiB2 content.
