摘    要:采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪和电子探针,研究了Ce对高Fe含量的A356合金铸态显微组织的影响。结果表明,添加Ce能将粗大针状Fe相转变成细小短棒状Fe相,但过量的Ce会导致针状Fe相长度的增加。当Ce的加入量为0.4%时,针状Fe相的长度最短;Ce可以细化α-Al晶粒,当Ce的加入量为0.4%~0.7%时,可以对共晶硅起到较好的变质效果,但当Ce的加入量>0.7%,变质效果减弱。

Abstract:Effects of Ce addition on as-cast microstructure of A356alloy with high Fe content were investigated by optical microscope(OM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),electron probe microanalyzer(EPMA).The results indicate that coarse acicular Fe phase is converted into fine short-rod Fe phase in the alloy with Ce addition,however,length of acicular Fe is increased with excessive Ce addition.The minimum length of acicular Fe phase can be observed in the alloy with 0.4% Ce content.Ce can effectively refine the grain size of ...
