摘    要:采用新砂型改善了合金的凝固组织,通过正交试验及单项热处理试验,考察了固溶处理参数及时效处理参数对合金力学性能的影响,提出了合金的最佳热处理工艺方案,使合金达到了高强高韧的目的

Abstract:New sand mold has been adopted to improve the solidification structure of the alloy. The effects of solution treatment and aging treatment on the mechanical properties have been studied by orthogonal and single experiment. The optimum way of heat treatment has been chosen to make the alloy high strength and ductility.
