| Abstract: | Pretreatment processing of salt particls and preform made technology by sintering salt grains at high temperature and fabricating process of ZL104 porous Al alloy by means of penetrating casting in the salt grain packing are studied in the paper. Effects of the pouring temperature, pretreating temperature of the grains and the exerted pressure druging the penetration of Al melt on the effective penetrating length for porous Al alloy with some grain diameters have been analyzed. |
