摘    要:建立了间隙元素在钛合金中溶解的热力学模型,以此计算了氧在钛合金中的溶解度,并分析了影响氧在钛合金中溶解度的因素。计算结果表明,熔体温度对Ti-6Al-4V合金的氧溶解度影响较小,而熔炼室氧分压是决定氧含量的主要因素。计算结果与试验结果一致

Abstract:The thermodynamic model of the dissolution of oxygen in Ti6Al4V alloy was set up.Based on the model the oxygen solubility in Tialloys was calculated and the factors influcing on oxygen solubility were analyzed.The calculation results show that the temperature of Ti6Al4V alloy melt has little effect on oxygen dissolution while the oxygen partial pressure in the melting chamber is the main factor to determine the oxygen dissolution in Ti alloy.The calculated results are accordant with the experimental results.
