摘    要:无柱状晶钢坯连铸技术是现代连铸技术的一个新发展,所得钢坯具有优异的成形加工性能。其基本过程包括合金熔炼,预结晶器预热,熔体搅拌和振动,凝固拉坯等基本环节。论述半固态连铸的基本概念,目前的应用,坯料的组织和性能以及今后的发展方向。

Abstract:Steel billets without columnar grain in semi solid continuous casting is a newly developing technology in continuous casting. The steel billets obtained have excellent metalworking formability in continuous casting. The essential procedures consist of alloy melting, preheating pre crystalizer, melt stirring and oscillation, solidification and drawing. The basic conception and application of the SSCC, structure and characteristics of the billet, and further development were introduced.
