摘    要:以HT300为基体,以WC颗粒作为增强颗粒,通过V-EPC铸渗工艺制备出较为理想的铁基表面复合材料,复合层厚度为3mm左右,WC颗粒分布均匀,无聚集成团现象,每个WC颗粒周围充满了基体,呈冶金结合,其硬度从复合层到基体先升高后降低,复合层平均硬度比HT300提高了4倍以上.结合组织和物相测试得出复合层组织由WC、W2C硬质相,屈氏体基体,M7C3、M23C6、M6C、M12C等碳化物组成.磨损试验结果表明,复合材料的三体磨料磨损性能与高铬铸铁相比有明显地提高,最高可以提高到5.2倍.

Abstract:With V-EPC casting-penetrating technologies, WC particles reinforced HT300 matrix surface-layer composites were successfully gained. Casting composite layer is even and firm with a thickness of about 3 mm, WC is even in composites without packing and filled by matrix. The binding between composites layer and matrix is excellent, which is metallurgical binding. Its rigidity is improved firstly, and gradually decreased from composites layer to matrix, the composite layer's rigidity increases above 4 times, compared with that of HT300. With the testing of HV hardness and phase, the composite structures are WC, W2C, M7C3, M23C6, M6C, M12C carbide and troostite. The experimental results indicate the tester exhibited good reproducibility and the three-body abrasive wear performance is increased significantly, which increased 5.2 times.
