基于铸造CAE的风电轮毂的铸造工艺设计

摘    要:在对1.5MW风电轮毂铸件的结构和要求进行分析的基础上,应用铸造模拟软件Magmasoft进行了凝固模拟分析,根据铸件的热节和缩松预测结果设计冷铁位置和冒口位置以及浇注系统,并进行流动模拟,优化工艺方案.经生产验证,铸件内部无缩松,与模拟结果一致,完全满足客户要求.

Abstract:The casting process of 1.5 MW wind power generation unit hub was performed on the basis of MAGMASOFT.The solidification simulation of 1.5 MW wind power generation unit hub was carried out according to the casting structure and requirements,and the chills or feeders were designed in response to the results of the simulation;the gating system of the casting was designed and optimized on the basis of the filling process simulation.The results of practical production show that the casting is free of the dispers...
