| 摘 要： | 对铸铁缸体近年来的铸造技术、工艺水平、检测技术等进行了详细的介绍和分析,并对缸体快速开发技术作了简要介绍.目前国内与国外铸铁缸体铸造的差距主要体现在铸铁熔炼技术、原材料控制、造型线和制芯机等方面;采用高强度铸铁、使用水冷热风除尘冲天炉、广泛应用快速缸体开发技术是近年来铸铁缸体的主要发展趋势;随着行业竞争力的加大以及环保意识的增强,快速缸体开发技术和绿色环保铸造技术将得到大力发展.
