A357铝合金复杂薄壁铸件的反重力铸造研究

摘    要:研制了一种反重力铸造设备,采用模糊智能控制,具有优越的充型条件和凝固条件.利用自制的反重力设备铸造了A357铝合金复杂薄壁铸件.结果表明,智能控制下的反重力铸造设备运行良好,控制可靠;铸造的铝合金复杂薄壁铸件充型完整,晶粒细小,组织致密,实现了精确成形和组织控制的一体化.

Abstract:A type of counter-gravity casting equitment with fuzzy intelligent control was studied. It has excellent filling hydrodynamics and solidification condition. The complex thin wall A357 alloy castings were successfully produced by using the self-made counter-gravity casting equipment. The results indicated that the counter-gravity casting equipment can run well and be controlled reliably.Aluminum alloy thin-walled castings can be filled completely with grains fine and microstructure compact. The integration of microstructural control and precise forming was realized.
