摘    要:运用Al-Zr(CO3)2体系熔体反应法制备了(Al3Zr+Al2O3)p/Al合材料,研究了(Al3Zr+Al2O3)p/Al复合材料的力学和磨损性能。结果表明:Al-Zr(CO3)2与Al熔体反应生成了Al2O3、Al3Zr颗粒;(Al3Zr+Al2O3)g/A复合材料的抗拉强度和屈服强度随颗粒理论体积分数的增大而提高,当颗粒体积分数为10%时,复合材料的Rm为148.3MPa,较铝基体提高了90.1%,复合材料的Rp02为110.5MPa,较铝基体的提高了163.1%,复合材料的断后伸长率先升后降;由复合材料的拉伸断口SEM可知:随着反应物质量增加,塑性变形区减小,但仍是塑性断裂;由磨损表面SEM观察表明:(Al3Zr+Al2O3)p/Al复合材料的磨损特征为黏着磨损和磨粒磨损的混合型磨损。

Abstract:(Al3Zr Al2O3)p/Al composites have been successfully fabricated by the direct melt reaction Al-Zr(CO3)2. The mechanical and wear properties of (Al3Zr Al2O3)p/Al composites are studied. it is found that in-situ formed Al2O3, Al3Zr particles between Zr(CO3)2 and molten Al. The results show that ultimate tensile strength and yield strength of the (Al3Zr Al2O3)p/Al composites are improved with the increasing of particulate volume fraction. When the particulate volume fraction is 10%, the tensile strengths of composite are Rm=148.3 MPa and Rp0.2=110.5 MPa, which are respectively increased by 90.1% and 163.1% than that of Al matrix. The elongation of composite rises in the begin and fall later, the fracture SEM of the composites shows that the ductile area is littler and littler with the increasing of particulate volume fraction, but the fracture mechanics is dominated. The wear feature of (Al3Zr Al2O3)p/Al composites is the mixed wear of adhesiveness and abrasiveness with the help of SEM.
