摘    要:电磁搅拌可使Al/Mg2 Si合金中的初生Mg2 Si显著细化和圆整化 ,但同时也会使坯料表面出现初生Mg2 Si偏析层 ,且偏析层的厚度随搅拌电压的增大而增大。这为制备金属基颗粒增强表面复合材料提供了新的途径

Abstract:The influence of electromagnetic stirring on macro segregation of in situ Al/Mg 2Si materials has been studied systematically. It is found that the primary Mg 2Si segregation layer often exists nearby the billet inner surface, and the width of segregation layer becomes larger with increase of magnetic densities, although electromagnetic stirring can fine primary Mg 2Si crystal and modify their shape. It offered a new way to producing particle reinforced surface metal matrix composites.
