摘    要:采用热芯盒射芯机试制了甲酸甲酯气体作为固化剂的水玻璃砂型芯,分析了水玻璃加入量和甲酸甲酯用量对制芯工艺的影响。通过工艺试验,确定了实际生产的工艺参数并进行了试生产。结果表明,所试验的水玻璃砂制芯工艺能基本满足铸件生产要求,且新型水玻璃砂利于环保,并具有一定的成本优势。

Abstract:Using hot core box shooting machine, the core of sodium silicate-bonded sand was made, in which methyl formate gas was used as a curing agent. The effects of sodium silicate and methyl formate contents on core making process were analyzed. After the testing of process, the actual production parameters were determined and the trial production was carried out. The results show that the tested core-making process of sodium silicate-bonded sand can basically meet the production requirements. New sodium silicate-bonded sand is beneficial to environmental protection and has a certain cost advantage.
