汽轮机缸体与管件的焊接变形控制

摘    要:为控制超超临界汽轮机缸体管件焊接过程的变形,分析了汽轮机缸体铸件的特点及管件焊接的技术难点,按低匹配原则选择了异种钢焊接材料,提出了管件焊接过程防变形的工艺方案.经实际生产验证,管件在装配及焊接过程中的变形量大幅减小,留量符合尺寸公差要求,工艺方案可操作性强,防变形效果显著.

Abstract:To control the welding deformation of cylinder and pipe fitting for ultra supercritical steam turbine, the characteristics of steam turbine cylinder castings and the technical difficulties of welding for pipe fitting were analyzed. Based on the low matching principles, the welding materials for dissimilar steel were chosen. The process to prevent deformation in welding pipe fittings is proposed. The actual production verification shows that the deformation of pipe fitting decreases greatly in the process of assembling and welding, and the allowance is in line with the requirement of dimensional tolerance. The process has stron~ operability and remarkable anti-deformation effect.
