摘    要:4.8L发动机飞轮壳铸件废品率高达10%以上,产品缺陷主要表现形式为气孔和冷隔。针对存在的问题,对该产品进行工艺分析,制定了改进方案,新工艺方案试验验证后,解决了飞轮壳气孔、冷隔等高废问题。

Abstract:The waste rate of 4.8 L engine flywheel shell castings is as high as over 10%,and the main types of product defects are porosities and cold shuts.Aiming at the existing problems,process analysis of the product was carried out,the improvement scheme was formulated and verified,hence solved the porosities and cold shuts problems of flywheel shell.
