| 摘 要： | 由于铸铁的一些优点，在机械工业和汽车制造中得到广泛应用。振动和受力不均，对它都会产生影响，从而发生裂纹和断裂。因此，研究和利用先进的修理经验，合理地修复铸铁零件是十分必要的。焊接就是一种非常有效地修复铸铁零件的方法。总结出了铸铁焊修的方法和技能，找出了铸铁焊接工艺的一些规律和特点。

| Abstract: | The iron casting is used widely by machine building and automobile industry. Under the working condition, the cracks and broken will happen by load and vibration. It is necessary to repair the iron castings with advanced technology. Welding is one of the effective way to repair iron castings. Some experiences and techniques are summarized. |
