特大型破碎机机架的结构与铸造工艺

摘    要:针对特大型破碎机机架的两种优化设计方案,利用ProCAST模拟软件进行仿真分析,根据凝固模拟结果优化铸造工艺,并结合有限元静力分析和模态分析结果,最终确定前墙深腔式结构更适合特大型破碎机机架。

Abstract:ProCAST simulation software was used to simulate and analyze two optimal design schemes of super large crusher frame.According to the solidification simulation results,the casting process was optimized.The front wall deep cavity structure is more suitable for super large crusher frame and it is determined that by the results of finite element static analysis and modal analysis.
