摘    要:对比了光纤激光无序毛化技术与CO_2激光毛化技术的适用性,主要包括两种毛化辊辊面和板面纹理对比;两种毛化技术的工作效率对比;两种毛化轧辊过钢量的对比;两种激光毛化设备装机容量和运行成本的对比。可以得出:光纤激光毛化的综合效益大大优于CO_2激光毛化。

Abstract:A comparative study on the applicability of the fiber laser random texturing technology and the CO2 laser texturing technology was carried out,including the surface texture,efficiency,rolling capacity,installed capacity and operation costs between the two ways.By contrast,the comprehensive benefit of the fiber laser random texturing technology was much better than that of CO2 laser texturing technology.
