轧辊光纤激光无序毛化技术:表面纹理研究(上篇)

摘    要:研究了激光脉冲频率、占空比对激光斑点形貌的影响,以及激光脉冲频率、占空比、激光斑点在轧辊的轴向间距距离等毛化参数对轧辊表面形成纹理结构的影响。对比了光纤激光无序毛化板和电火花毛化板的纹理形貌。研究表明:光纤激光无序毛化技术可以毛化出宏观上纹理结构均匀,微观上纹理结构紊乱的轧辊表面。

Abstract:The influence of laser pulse frequency and duty cycle on the morphology of laser spots were studied.The influence of the laser pulse frequency,duty cycle and the spacing distance of laser spot in the axial of roll on the texturing structure were studied too.The texturing morphology of the surface of sheets of the laser disorder texturing and the electric discharge texturing was compared .The research show that the surface texturing of well-distributed at macroscopically and disordered at microcosmic on roll are obtained by the fiber laser random texturing technology
